Terms and conditions of sale

By sending an order, the client accepts the following conditions of sale:

Prices
It is understood by units and euros.

They will be those that appear in our current rate at the time of acceptance of the order. The sale prices may be modified without prior notice, being notified as soon as possible.

In the event of an error in the price of a product and a customer had based their purchase decision based on said error, being the purchase effective, ManelScooter will proceed to cancel the order. The amount of the purchase will be refunded if the order had already been entered into our account, without any expense for the customer.

Orders
The sale is made at our facilities, but it can be sent anywhere on the peninsula (including Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) at the client’s own request.

Taxes
A buyer’s charge. All prices include VAT.

Shipping
They will be paid by the buyer, although there may be promotions in which the shipping modality varies.

Packaging
Orders will be perfectly packaged to avoid any type of damage during transport.

Expeditions
The merchandise always travels at the expense and risk of the buyer, even in the case of special agreements.

Payment conditions

Bank transfer / account deposit
The order will not be sent until the funds are received in our bank account, and the order can be canceled if the amount is not received within an estimated period of time. You can make the deposit or transfer or payment online, in the account previously requested by the buyer to the seller.

IMPORTANT!! No proof will be accepted where our account number does not appear.

Credit card
Once you confirm the purchase, you will be automatically redirected to a secure HTTPS server, where you can proceed to the payment. The necessary data are:

Return and guarantee

This type of item does not contemplate the commercial return since the sale is made through a purchase-sale contract that cannot be terminated once the vehicle is signed and registered, in addition to being registered in the DGT system as well as at the customer’s own address.

Once the item is received, the customer must check its condition in case there is any defect or anomaly that could have been caused by the transport agency. After 48 hours after receipt of the vehicle, no claims can be made to the transport to correct the problem that may have caused.
All the vehicles we sell have a 2-year warranty, for factory defects, including the battery ( battery wear, loss of autonomy, is not considered a factory defect).

In case there is a defect or problem in the vehicle, the repair can be done in two ways:

In any case, the guarantee will cover labor, spare parts and delivery to the customer’s address.

If the customer decides to send the vehicle to the technical service, it will be through a transport agency contracted by the customer, at Postage paid and under your responsibility.

All our electric vehicles cannot be washed with pressurized water so as not to damage sensitive parts of it. In the event that this washing is carried out in the vehicle, it will take the loss of warranty by the consumer.
