The pace of electrification in Spain grew for both cars and motorcycles.
In 2022, the electric motorcycle represents 8.5% of the total market share.
The two-wheeled sector far exceeds the 4-wheeled sector, which with a record year in registrations has just reached 4% of the share.
In 2022 they had started with bad numbers like the previous year, which had closed lower with 18.5% less sales of electric motorcycles and mopeds. Only 10,833 had been registered, compared to 12,837 the previous year.
This time the records of 2020 have been surpassed. 15,341 electric motorcycles and mopeds were registered throughout 2022. Which is 29.38% more than in 2021.
